On September 16, 2020, Valarie L. Sheppard, currently Controller and Treasurer and Group Vice President – Company Transition Leader and The Procter & Gamble Company’s principal accounting officer, announced her intention to retire from the Company after 35 years of service, effective March 31, 2021.

The Company is filing this 8-K pursuant to Item 5.02(b), "Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers."
