Item 5.02    Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of
Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

As previously reported, on December 22, 2022, Michael P. Doss was elected to the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Regal Rexnord Corporation. At the time of the filing of the original Current Report on Form 8-K relating to Mr. Doss’ election (the “Initial Form 8-K”), the Board had not yet determined Mr. Doss’ committee assignments. This amendment to the Initial Form 8-K is being filed to report that, on March 9, 2023, the Board appointed Mr. Doss to the Compensation and Human Resources Committee, with such appointment effective as of April 17, 2023.
