On February 12, 2020, Kimberly A. Jabal notified SVB Financial Group (the “Company”) of her decision not to stand for re-election to the Company’s Board of Directors when her term expires at the Company’s upcoming Annual Meeting of Stockholders, currently scheduled to be held on April 23, 2020. Ms. Jabal’s decision not to stand for re-election reflects her need to devote more time to her personal and other professional commitments.
