TABLE OF CONTENTS
This Amendment No. 1 amends the Form 8-A filed on June 6, 2007 (the “Form 8-A”) by Synthesis
Energy Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”). This amendment is being filed to
amend the name of the exchange on the cover page of the Form 8-A.
