Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 8, 2019 , Mr. Thomas P. Minichiello gave notice of his decision to resign from his position as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of Westell Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) in order to pursue other interests. Mr. Minichiello's resignation will be effective August 23, 2019. The Company is in the process of a search for his successor.
