Item 8.01 Other Events;

The Company received notification that the NASD has approved the Form 211 application for addition to the OTC Bulletin Board under the ticker symbol "AIAN", effective January 4, 2006 under an 'eligible' status for 30 days before becoming an active listing. Notice of the addition to the Bulletin Board is available at www.otcbb.com

The Company can make no assurance that an established trading market will develop.
