Effective July 6, 2015, MedeFile International, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Certificate of Amendment to its Articles of Incorporation (the “Certificate of Amendment”) with the Secretary of State of Nevada, pursuant to which the Company effected a 20-to-1 reverse split of its common stock. A copy of the Certificate of Amendment is attached hereto as Exhibit 3.1.
