Item 5.02.  Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On February 10, 2020, Leslie Stretch, a director of MobileIron, Inc. (the "Company"), informed the Company of his decision to resign from the board of directors of the Company, effective immediately, due to the time commitments required by his position as Chief Executive Officer of Medallia, Inc.  Mr. Stretch's resignation was not due to a disagreement with the Company.
