Item 5.03    Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year
Effective June 26, 2019, we changed our name from Payment Data Systems, Inc. to Usio, Inc. We filed an amendment to Article I of our Restated Articles of Incorporation, as amended, with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada. A copy of the articles of amendment is attached hereto as Exhibit 3.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference.
