Item 8.01 Other Events.
On February 18, 2020, Braemar Hotels & Resorts Inc. (the “Company”) announced May 14, 2020 as the date for the Company’s 2020 annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). The record date for the determination of stockholders of the Company entitled to receive notice of and to vote at the Annual Meeting shall be the close of business on Friday, March 20, 2020.
