Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On April 24, 2020, Titan Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) announced today’s departure of Dane Hallberg, the Company’s Chief Commercial Officer. The Company and Mr. Hallberg are parties to an employment agreement that governs the terms of his separation from the Company.

 

Mr. Hallberg’s responsibilities will be assumed by senior members of the commercial team supported by the Company’s executive management.
