On September 28, 2020, HarborOne Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) received regulatory approval to commence the previously disclosed share repurchase program. Under the share repurchase program, the Company may repurchase up to 2,920,900 shares of its common stock, or approximately 5% of its current issued and outstanding shares.
