Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (the “Company”), the general partner of Mack-Cali Realty, L.P. through which the Company conducts its business, was advised by Mr. Michael Berman on March 8, 2021 that he had decided not to stand for re-election to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) at the Company’s upcoming 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “2021 Annual Meeting”). Mr. Berman will remain a director on the Board through the date of the 2021 Annual Meeting.
