On June 21, 2021, Gregory J. Goff resigned from the Board of Directors of Enbridge Inc. (the “Corporation”) effective June 21, 2021. Mr. Goff served on the Board of Directors since February 2020. His decision to resign from the Board of Directors was not the result of any disagreement relating to the Corporation’s operations, policies or practices. The Corporation issued a press release announcing Mr. Goff’s resignation from the Board of Directors, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

CALGARY, ALBERTA, June 21, 2021 – Enbridge Inc. (TSX: ENB) (NYSE: ENB) (Enbridge or the Corporation) announces the resignation of Gregory J. Goff as a director of the Corporation, effective June 21, 2021. Mr. Goff’s decision to resign from the Board of Directors was not the result of any disagreement relating to the Corporation’s operations, policies or practices.
