Item 8.01 Other Events

 

On June 28, 2021, the Company temporarily suspended the Company’s Amended and Restated Distribution Reinvestment and Stock Purchase Plan (the “DRIP”). As a result, DRIP participants, along with all other holders of the Company’s equity securities, will receive their second quarter 2021 Company dividends in cash. The Company intends to pay the second quarter dividends in July 2021. The Company expects that the DRIP will be reactivated for the third quarter 2021 dividend.
