Explanatory Note:
The Registrant is filing this Report on Form 6-K to announce that on September 23, 2021, it established a new subsidiary Shanghai Wangju Industrial Group Co., Ltd. (“Shanghai Wangju”). Shanghai Wangju’s business scope includes economic consulting, corporate management consulting, information technology consulting and other related services. The Registrant intends to use Shanghai Wangju to invest in the factoring industry in the future.
