On May 4, 2022, NorthEast Community Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a special one-time cash dividend of $0.18 per common share. The dividend will be paid on or about May 31, 2022 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 16, 2022.

SPECIAL ONE TIME CASH DIVIDEND

 

White Plains, New York, May 4, 2022 — NorthEast Community Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) (Nasdaq: NECB) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a special one-time cash dividend of $0.18 per common share. The dividend will be paid on or about May 31, 2022 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 16, 2022.
