Item 5.02. Departure of Certain Officers and Appointment of Certain Officers.

 

On January 2, 2023, Thomas W. Rosamilia, Senior Vice President, IBM Software, decided to retire from the Company by June 30, 2023, after a 40-year career with IBM.

 

On January 5, 2023, IBM announced that Robert F. Del Bene, Vice President and Controller will assume a new position as General Manager, IBM Technology Lifecycle Services, effective January 30, 2023. Mr. Del Bene will continue to serve as Vice President and Controller through January 29, 2023, during which time IBM expects to close its books for 2022 and report the Company’s earnings.

 

Effective January 30, 2023, Nicolas A. Fehring, 44, will become Vice President and Controller. Mr. Fehring is currently Vice President and Corporate Treasurer and previously served as Vice President and Assistant Controller. Mr. Fehring joined the Company in 2001 and has also served as the senior finance executive for various IBM business units and geographies.
