Officer Changes

On August 1, 2024, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Vertical Aerospace Ltd. (the “Company”) appointed John Maloney, the Company’s Finance Director, to serve as its interim principal financial officer and interim principal accounting officer, effective as of August 1, 2024. The Company is currently undertaking a search for a new Chief Financial Officer.
