Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On January 11, 2022, Bruce Lowthers provided notice of his resignation from his position as President of Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (the “Corporation”) effective on January 31, 2021. Mr. Lowthers will continue his employment with the Corporation through April 30, 2022 to ensure an orderly transition of his duties. Mr. Lowthers advised the Corporation that he is resigning to pursue other opportunities.
