Amendments to Articles of Incorporation..
 
On May 16, 2018, HeadTrainer, Inc. (the “Company”) amended the Company’s Articles of Incorporation changing the name of the Company to “XSport Global, Inc.” The Amendment was adopted by written consent of the Board of Directors and Majority Shareholders of the Company. A copy of the Articles of Amendment is attached hereto as Exhibit 3.1.
