Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.
|
As previously reported, on November 4, 2020 Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (“Bristol Myers Squibb”) entered into a Term Loan Credit Agreement (the “Term Loan
Agreement”) with the lenders party thereto and Citibank, N.A., as administrative agent. On February 2, 2021, Bristol Myers Squibb prepaid in full all fees under the Term Loan Credit Agreement and terminated all commitments thereunder. No borrowings
were ever made under the Term Loan Credit Agreement.
