On March 5, 2024, Genco Shipping & Trading Limited (“Genco”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission disclosing the appointment of Paramita Das as a new member of its Board of Directors (the “Board”). The Company is filing this Amendment No. 1 to disclose that on July 1, 2024, the Board designated Ms. Das and other members of the Board to serve on the Board’s standing committees such that these committees are currently constituted as follows:
