On February 8, 2019, the Compensation Committee (the “Committee”) of the Board of Directors of Jerash Holdings (US), Inc. (the “Company”) approved a cash bonus pool (the “Pool”), pursuant to which the Company’s Chief Executive Officer will have discretion to pay certain of the Company’s employees a cash bonus for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2019. The Company’s Vice President and Secretary, Wei Yang, will be eligible to receive a maximum cash bonus of up to $48,000 under the Pool, contingent on the Company’s profitability and at the complete discretion of the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.
