Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
Robin Hayes, Chief Executive Officer of JetBlue Airways Corporation ("JetBlue" or "the Company"), will present as part of the J.P. Morgan 2020 Industrials Conference at approximately 10:15 a.m. ET on March 10, 2020. Materials to be used in conjunction with the presentation are attached as Exhibit 99.1.

Item 8.01 Other Events.
The Company also announced today that its first quarter and full year 2020 guidance did not reflect the impact of the coronavirus ("COVID-19"). As a result of the ongoing uncertainty surrounding the impact on the travel industry related to the coronavirus, the Company is withdrawing all first quarter and full year 2020 guidance initially issued on January 23, 2020, which was also included in its 2019 Annual Report on Form 10-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on February 18, 2020.
