Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers. 

 

On August 24, 2021, Michael D. Peduzzi notified Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) of his intention to resign from his position as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and from all of his positions with the Company’s subsidiaries, effective August 30, 2021. Mr. Peduzzi is leaving to pursue other opportunities and his departure is not related to any disagreement with the Company or its auditors regarding its financial disclosures or accounting matters. The Company will make a subsequent announcement regarding Mr. Peduzzi’s successor.
