Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On December 14, 2018, Superior Industries International, Inc. (the Company) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K announcing that Donald J. Stebbins, President and Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors, is retiring from the Company. As an update to the Companys previous disclosure, Mr. Stebbins has resigned as a member of the Board of Directors effective as of December 31, 2018 and the Board of Directors has resolved to reduce its size to eight directors immediately upon Mr. Stebbins resignation.
