Other Events. |
Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance, Inc. (the Company) announced today that it has priced a $500 million senior secured term loan facility (the Term Loan Facility) at 99.5% of par, with an interest rate of LIBOR plus 2.75%, with a 0% LIBOR floor, and a seven-year term. The closing of the Term Loan Facility is subject to execution of the definitive documentation and customary closing conditions.
