Verizon Communications Inc. announced that Marc C. Reed, Verizons Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, would step down from his current position in July 2019. After doing so, he will report to Hans Vestberg, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Verizon, as a strategic advisor.
