Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 24, 2019, MoSys, Inc. (the Company) announced that James W. Sullivan would be remaining as the Companys chief financial officer. As a result of ongoing discussions with the Companys chief executive officer and board of directors since the announcement of his resignation on April 15, 2019, Mr. Sullivan has instead elected to remain an employee of the Company.
