Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers, Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On January 3, 2019, Translate Bio, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Original Form 8-K”) disclosing that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company appointed Robert J. Meyer, M.D. as a director to serve on its Board, effective January 2, 2019. Committee assignments for Dr. Meyer were not determined as of filing of the Original Form 8-K.
This Form 8-K/A is being filed to report that on June 18, 2019, the Board appointed Dr. Meyer to its Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, effective immediately.
