The class of securities to be registered hereby are the series A shares, with no par value, represented by American depositary shares (the “ADSs”), of Vista Oil Gas, S.A.B. de C.V., a s ociedad anónima bursátil de capital variable organized under the laws of Mexico (the “Registrant”). A description of the securities to be registered is set forth under the captions “Prospectus Summary” and “Description of American Depositary Shares” included in the Registrant’s Registration Statement on Form F-1 (File No. 333-232516), originally filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 2, 2019, as amended by any amendments to such Registration Statement, and by any prospectus subsequently filed pursuant to Rule 424(b) under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, shall be deemed to be incorporated by reference herein.
