Encana Corporation (“Encana”) has fixed December 9, 2019 as the record date for the purpose of determining holders of Encana’s common shares and holders of Encana’s incentive awards (collectively, “Securityholders”) entitled to receive notice of and to vote at a Special Meeting of Securityholders of Encana.

The Notice of Meeting and Record Date is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
