For a description of the class A exchangeable subordinate voting shares of Brookfield Renewable Corporation (the “Registrant”) to be registered hereunder, reference is made to the information set forth under the caption “Description of BEPC Share Capital” in the Registrant’s Amendment No. 6 to Form F-1 on Form F-1/F-4 registration statement (File No. 333-234614), filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 25, 2020 and as amended thereafter (the “Registration Statement”), which information is incorporated by reference herein.
