On March 15, 2021, Spirit of Texas Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that on March 12, 2021 its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per share on its common stock. The dividend will be payable on March 29, 2021 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 25, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.

DECLARES QUARTERLY CASH DIVIDEND
CONROE, TX March 15, 2021 Spirit of Texas Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: STXB) (the Company), the bank holding company for Spirit of Texas Bank, today announced that on March 12, 2021 its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.09 per share of the Companys common stock. The dividend is payable on March 29, 2021 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 25, 2021.
