Item 5.02

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 10, 2021, the Company announced that Tom Schneberger, who has served as Vice President, Strategy and Business Development, since December 2019, will serve as President, Catalysts, effective as of March 15, 2021. With Mr. Schneberger’s new assignment, Dr. Raymond Kolberg, who has served as President, Catalysts, will become Vice President - Technology & Business Development.
