On February 10, 2022, Stephanie A. Streeter, a Director of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company (the “Company”), notified the Company that she will not stand for re-election as a Director at the 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Ms. Streeter has served as a Director of the Company since October 2008.
Ms. Streeter’s decision is not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
