Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers.
On April 7, 2022, Rhonda Longmore-Grund resigned from the board of directors of Akumin Inc. (the “Company”), effective as of such date. Ms. Longmore-Grund’s resignation was not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company.
