On June 1, 2023, Global Indemnity Group, LLC announced that the Board of Directors approved on June 1, 2023 a distribution payment of $0.25 per common share with a payment date of June 30, 2023 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 23, 2023. Global Indemnity Group, LLC Announces Quarterly Distribution
Wilmington, Delaware, (June 1, 2023) Global Indemnity Group, LLC (NYSE:GBLI) (GBLI) announced today its Board of Directors has approved a distribution payment of $0.25 per common share to be paid on June 30, 2023 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 23, 2023.
