(the “Registrant”) is filing this registration statement on Form 8-A to register its common stock, par value $0.001 per share (“common stock”), under Section 12(b) under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (“Exchange Act”) in connection with the listing of its common stock on The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC. Shares of the Registrant’s common stock are not currently quoted on any U.S. Exchange or Stock Market. The common stock will trade under the symbol “MYSZ.”
