On July 25, 2017, Can-Fite BioPharma Ltd. (the “Company”) convened an Annual Meeting of Shareholders, however, the meeting was adjourned for one week to the same day, time and place due to lack of quorum. Accordingly, the Company’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be reconvened on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at 12.00 p.m. (Israel time) at the Company’s offices located at 10 Bareket Street, Petach Tikva, Israel.
