Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws

 

On January 8, 2018, Cleantech Solutions International, Inc. (the “Company”) changed its corporate name to Sharing Economy International Inc. The Company’s common stock, which trades on the NASDAQ Stock Market, will cease trading under the ticker symbol “CLNT” and commence trading under the ticker symbol “SEII.” Along with the ticker change, the Company's common stock has been assigned a new CUSIP number of 819534 108.

On January 8, 2018, the Company issued a press release announcing the name and ticker symbol changes discussed above. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.

Cleantech Solutions International to Begin Trading Under New Corporate Name

and Ticker Symbol on January 8, 2018

 

HONG KONG, January 8, 2018 – Sharing Economy International Inc. (formerly Cleantech Solutions International, Inc.) ("the Company") (Nasdaq: SEII) today announced that the Company will cease trading under the ticker symbol “CLNT” and commence trading under the ticker symbol “SEII” at the market open on January 8, 2018. Along with the ticker change, the Company's common stock has been assigned a new CUSIP number of 819534 108.
