On July 29, 2019, the Supreme Court granted Can-Fite BioPharma Ltd.’s (the “Company”) motion to stay execution of a District Court decision, which was given on June 30, 2019 and which required that the Company convene a special shareholders’ meeting to replace its directors under the previously disclosed legal proceedings initiated by Capital Point Ltd. During the period of the stay, the Supreme Court requires that if there is an additional fundraising by the Company, then certain participation rights be granted.
