Common stock of GrowGeneration Corp. (the “Company”) began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market (“NASDAQ”) on December 2, 2019 under the trading ticker symbol of “GRWG.”

 

On November 25, 2019, the Company published a press release announcing the approval of the listing of its common stock on the NASDAQ. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The information contained herein and the exhibit attached hereto shall be deemed furnished and not filed.

DENVER, Nov. 25, 2019  - GrowGeneration Corp. (NASDAQ: GRWG), ("GrowGen" or the "Company") the largest chain of specialty retail hydroponic and organic garden centers, with currently 25 locations, is pleased to announce that its common shares have been approved for listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market ("NASDAQ"). GrowGeneration Corp. common shares will begin trading on NASDAQ on December 2, 2019 under the trading ticker symbol "GRWG."
