On July 16, 2020, Mr. Gilad Bar-Lev provided Therapix Biosciences Ltd. (the “Company”) notice of his resignation as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Bar-Lev’s resignation was not a result of any disagreement with the Company.
