Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 15, 2020, Yeyun Tan resigned from her position as a director of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) at Urban Tea, Inc. (the “Company”). Ms. Tan’s resignation did not result from any disagreement with the Company.
