This registration statement relates to the registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) of shares of common shares, no par value per share, (the “Common Shares”), and warrants to purchase Common Shares (the “Warrants”) of Siyata Mobile Inc. (the “Registrant”). The description of the Common Shares and the Warrants being registered pursuant to this Form 8-A that is set forth under the heading “Description of Share Capital” in the prospectus contained in the Registrant’s Registration Statement on Form F-1 (Registration No. 333- 248254), as initially filed with the Commission on August 24, 2019, and as subsequently amended (the “Registration Statement”), is incorporated by reference into this Form 8-A.
