Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On its October 12, 2021 stakeholder webcast, Arcimoto, Inc. (the “Company”) provided a corporate update and indicated that its third quarter vehicle production was seventy eight (78) units with sixty four (64) units sold to customers and eleven (11) vehicles being 99% complete but awaiting parts delayed due to supply chain issues. The Company noted that these are unaudited numbers. The Company also stated it anticipates a relatively shallow growth ramp in unit output in the near term, with the potential for lots of chop.
