Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On November 9, 2021, Stacey Riddell resigned as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of NextPlay Technologies, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”). Ms. Riddell’s resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.

 

The Company’s Board will initiate a search for an independent director to fill the newly-created vacancy.
