(the “Registrant”), as included under the caption “Description of Share Capital” in the prospectus forming a part of the Registration Statement on Form F-1, as amended (Registration No. 333-255408) (the “Registration Statement”), filed under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), is incorporated by reference herein.
